The entire Northwood team is exceptional. By far the best in the area that we have seen.

I m really happy that you adapted with drop off visits during Covid. You made the best of a bad situation. I cannot wait to get back to normal.

It took awhile to get our receipt emailed, but that was the only issue. Always satisfied with the care Gunner receives. FYI - arthritis medication really seems to be working. Gunner has really perked up the last few days!

In this time of uncertainty, the visit and the staff were wonderful.

The best treatment for my fur babies with the best of the best caring for them ! Couldn’t think of anything I’d change . I believe that we have been patients with Dr Kolesar from the very beginning of his practice. We have a great respect for Dr Kolesar and his staff.

We like how friendly everyone is. it Is nice when Julie takes the information she has a way to put you at ease. Dr explains everything very well You can tell everyone genuinely cares about your pet. Thank you!

Kara and Jessica gave me a ton of information I really needed and wanted! I was also called the next by the vet to discuss my dogs condition/treatment. Kara went the extra mile and sent me a picture during the day to keep me informed on his condition... along with answered may questions I had AFTER HOURS via text message.

I love Northwoods and highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet!

Although I have a small pet (snake), I found that a lot of the time, I was put into an examination room with pet hair all over the floor and counter; maybe more frequent checks of the cleanlieness of the rooms? I wouldn t been particularly bothered, but I m pretty allergic to dogs and cats, and my allergies make it difficult to breathe. Additionally, I feel like there isn t a lot of specialized treatment for reptiles; the doctors didn t even have something to hold my snake while he was weighed. It wasn t too much of a problem, but it just made me question the preparedness of the office to treat my reptile.

Great Staff ! Thank you for always taking care of my animals.

It made me feel rushed when I had more questions to ask about my dog. I had to quickly stop the vet before leaving the room to answer my questions. It made me feel upset when i asked a specific question and the vet gave me a rude answer as if “why didn’t I know that”, or almost as if the answer was sarcastic. I am concerned about my pet, please take that into consideration.
