Five Stars for Dr. Gurgus and staff. Entire staff goes above and beyond to help. I am thankful someone is always available to take Hogan from the car and deliver him back to the car after the appointment. Hogan is strong and he pulls. I am old and my balance is poor. I am grateful for this service. I do appreciate that all the questions I ask are patiently answered. Thank you.

Dr Whipple was great and phoned me with updates on the progress before and after surgery. No side effects from anesthesia(sign of a good surgeon). Thank you also to the attentive staff and the care and love the gave my dog. No side effects from anesthesia this time. I believe it was the skill of the doctor. I am so grateful to the staff

After Pippi was given her allergy shot the gentleman said the girls at the desk will help with the bill. I sat down for maybe 5 minutes and one of the girls asked with she could help me???? Also the man who gave Pippi his shot never weighed her to determine the correct amt the shot should contain. He weighed her AFTER I asked why he had not Waiting room looks good but I feel after many many years it is time to find a new vet-looks do not mean great care.

After picking up my dog from grooming, the next day she developed a red inflammation on her right front paw. I administered the prescribed spray. The next day, she had an open wound. Hopefully, I can get an appointment to bring her in today.

I have yet to receive a phone call from the Vet that treated my pets/saw me. I called back later that afternoon with a few more specific questions about the diagnosis of my pet, was told he would call me back that evening and 4 days later, I am still waiting for the call.
