Dog was kept away from me too long, estimate was over inflated by trying to charge me for unnecessary/over-priced services, my dog was injured after visit and staff was not very warm and friendly. Chair in examining room was dirty and ripped. Chair in waiting room was dirty and ripped. I worry that my dog may catch something from and unclean environment. When checking out person did not know what services were performed and tried to charge me for services not provided. I will not be returning.

Staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful and responsive. I would recommend this facility and continue to bringing my dogs here. My dog did not get groomed during this visit so it is NA. I am waiting for grooming to open up again soon once CDC allows.

Made the appointment to get a steroid shot for Daysee to relieve itching and licking herself. She may or may not have gotten an injection because it didn t help her at all. invoice says she got a (CADI 90MG INJ) for $125.50 and is still itching. In the past she has gotten a Vetalog Inj 10MG/ML for $47.00 that lasted 6 months. I want a refund or another less expensive shot that works

Not being able to speak to the doctor in person doesn t give me much confidence. Also, charging me twice for an X-ray seems like I m being robbed. In my opinion, I should only be charge once, not matter how many pictures are taken during the X-ray procedure.

Your pet meds mark up is ridiculously high. I was offered 50 proin tablets for $55. That s over 300% what I pay on Allivet! I d like to support my local vet, and would be willing to pay a 10 or 15% mark up, but 300% is crazy. Honestly makes me think about checking out another vet next time to make sure I m not being overcharged for other services.

Dr. Al did an amazing job treating our dog with an immediate attention needing eye treatment. He stayed after hours to attend to our pup and went above and beyond to connect us with an amazing eye specialist. He cared for our dog as if it were his own. We are very thankful for his attentiveness and persistency in getting the proper care.

We really love the staff and Dr. Bernstein is great! We were so sad when Dr. Rossi and Dr. Kay left but, feel better knowing our puppies now see Dr. Bernstein. He really helped us when our English Bulldog, Precious passed away. Now he’s helping take good care of our 2 golden retrievers. Jax and Bucky ????

Every time I have been there since covid I’ve had to wait 35 to 50 min to hand my dog off to you. I wish your appt scheduling was better. One time after my dog was seen and I gave you my credit card, you totally forgot about me until I called after 20 minutes to remind you I was waiting.
