Amazing techs! They were so patient with my dog and I appreciate the effort put into a nail trim

Everything went well, especially since this was our first time to use the grooming service for Rascal. She looks great and seems happy!

Exam room had dog or cat hair on the bench and table. I asked for receipt and exam write up to be emailed and it was not.

I called a week before to make the appointment and requested a refill. Promised refill would be ready with price match. When checking out after appointment, refill was not ready and was told price match was a favor for this one time. As a minimum you must make your policy CLEAR to your staff, not a wishy washy way as presented.

Assistants/techs were very compassionate as was Dr. Benjamin.

Dr Benjamin is very caring and compassionate. He asks good questions. I feel confident with his care. The staff is always so friendly. I can’t say enough great things about this practice.

Your office sends too many (marketing) emails - it s been less than 1 week since my appointment and I ve already received over 5 emails.

The in-take room wasn t clean to my satisfaction. I had to wipe the exam table before placing my dog on it.

The haircut for our dog was horrible. A complete miss. I only got to see my dog when she came back from there as my kids picked her up.
