I was so pleased with Buddy’s visit!

This clinic ia great! Ive taken 3 feral cats to for medical care and have never been turned away. Customer service is great and i really like this clinic

It took about 30 mins to be soon. Didn t feel like the vet was very thorough.

the Dr and asst were caring and helpful to my dog. The lady who took temp even came over to work with Sookie on the chair beside me.

I initially spoke on the phone and scheduled my appointment with Heaven. She was great. Then, when we came in for our appointment, I was greeted by Debbie and Jodi who were also very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. It was our initial exam, so there wasn’t a lot that needed to be done, but the Dr and tech were also very friendly and good with my baby.

The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. My wife and I had all our questions answered politely and given extra information that we didn t know. Faith had no issues with the spay and actually seemed to want to visit a little longer! I never had a pet that didn t try to run out of the office before! I am sure we will be back.

I was underwhelmed with the staff person at the front desk. Not the usual energy. Questions before getting to the exam room felt a bit judgmental. Eating at the desk and chewing their food as they are helping didn’t feel very professional.

I feel terrible I didn’t get her name but whoever helped check me in/out was very kind, helpful and she explained information about fleas that I had never heard before and it was SO helpful! It made so much sense to me why what I wasn’t doing wasn’t working! I appreciated her taking the time to educate me so I know better how to keep my felines happier. I can’t thank you enough!

Receptionist seemed bothered I was asking questions about prices. Was thinking of bringing my dogs to this vet also but not convinced yet that I should. I like warm and inviting.

We brought our dog in because he wasn’t feeling great and They prescribed us medicine for our dog when they didn’t actually know what was wrong with our dog then a couple days later after the tests came back they prescribed him a different medicine… so almost $80 worth of meds got wasted Because they just threw pills at our dog without actually having any knowledge.. pretty unprofessional

Everything was excellent. We especially liked Dr Fumasi. The receptionists are knowledgeable and professional. It’s a wonderful veterinary hospital. 5 stars all the way around.

I paid $64 for a two min exam and all she did was try to look in his ears but was afraid of getting bit and listened to his heart.

I love everyone in the office. You are always so kind and helpful to me and my furry family. I feel your genuine compassion and love for animals each time I visit. I am a big Dr. Fumasi and Dr. Genova fan. Thanks so much.

It s not easy to get an appointment, but it s not your fault. I ve been happy with every one of your doctors as well as your entire staff. Debbie is a peach.

I can’t imagine anywhere else that I would take our fur-babies. ????

We will not be returning. The previous owners were wonderful. This vet does not even act like she likes dogs.

I was disappointed with the DR. She was not very forth coming about anything. I had to ask her if all was good and all she said was yes.

I appreciate their assistance with our animals and they are my go to...

The vet always seems dazed out and confused. She doesn’t read the charts ahead of time or know the pets history and health conditions, which is very concerning. She asked me why my pet is taking a prescription that she had prescribed in a prior visit. She also asked why my pet wasn’t calm during the visit and I found that strange since it’s a stressful experience for any pet to be at the vet office. I don’t feel comfortable or trust her with my pets care after this last visit. It’s also double the price to get a prescription here vs. online. I understand if you need to make a profit but this is price gouging during a time where there are already economic stressors. Main Street used to care about its patients and was a fair provider but in the past few years, the prices have skyrocketed and the level of care has dropped dramatically. I don’t think we will continue to use this vet practice in the future.

I really appreciate that they offer a Wellness package so that I can make a monthly payment rather than all at once. The ladies there are very nice and were gentle with my dog.
