Gotten very Expensive

I feel like the Dr. we most recently saw was not really listening to us. I explained that we had just brought our newly adopted dog home 2 days before and he continued to ask questions that we could not answer about her habits and behaviors because we had only had her 2 days. (As in asked the same questions repeatedly). I also feel like he should have referred us back to the rescue instead of pushing for an expensive blood work analysis when we were obviously overwhelmed. Overall, we have been happy with our vet visits, however our most recent one was disappointing.

Everything was great! My pup had an emergency & MBPH saw him promptly to take care of him.

The person who helped me when she weighed my dogs was careless and inaccurate with their weight and mis-repported in their history.

The prices have doubled this past year. The vets ( all 3 ) are wonderful but the female staff there 2 of them are unfriendly and borderline rude when asking questions. I haven’t said anything the past 2 years but it is getting to me . No need to be rude and unfriendly. Love tho vets , don’t like the rate increases for all services and the several rude staff .

Taking your sick pet to a Vet is not an easy experience. However, the staff and Doctors are friendly and competent and do a thorough job to make this much easier not only on my pet, but also on me, the mom??Thank you

I have been a client of yours for approximately 7 or 8 years and you have been seeing many pets of mine. I am very impressed with the knowledge and thoroughness of all the doctors ( and staff) while helping my pets stay healthy or regain their health. I worked as a certified veterinary tech for a local veterinary hospital for 20 yrs and 1 month. So I know quality treatment when I see it. I proudly and confidently refer friends and family to you whenever they need veterinary Care. Thank you for all you do to take primo care of sooooo many precious pets!!!

I only trust the staff at Mast Blvd for my fur family. They are caring, professional and courteous.

The vet that I saw was very vague with her answers and didn’t make me feel confident at all that she knew what was wrong with my dog. I wish I had waited for an appointment with the normal vet. The vet tech however was much more helpful and very informative compared to the vet.

I am always very pleased with service, however, there was a scheduling issue this time. We were trying to determine the best vaccination schedule for Elvis. The receptionist was supposed to cancel an appt on the 15th and schedule 2 appts for Sept 17th and 24th at 5 pm. None of this happened, even as I was standing there verifying the appts and putting them in my calendar on my phone. Consequently, I received a message that I had missed a canceled appt on the 15th and had no appts scheduled for the 17th and 24th. This has since been taken care of but I would like it removed from my chart,that I missed an appt. Thank you.

Dr and techs were great! All very informative, friendly, listened carefully, and explained every aspect.

Dr. Deep made suggestions on how to properly clean and irrigate our pup s ears. Very helpful.

I dont take my little dog anywhere else!!!

I took my puppy to the vet, and the staff was absolutely excellent! Everyone was so gentle and caring with my doggy, which made the experience much more comfortable for both of us. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything. I truly appreciate the care and kindness they showed. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend them!

The only thing was the shave job done in my dogs face. While I was not charged for it, the shaving also shaved her whiskers. I appreciated the staff explaining how it happened but maybe different measures should be taken for animals who show signs of not cooperating with the procedure. Thank you

Very caring Vet & staff

They get it right the first time- everything they recommend for Tato- they’re on it- just got his allergy shot that day- but I kept verbally telling myself that I need to make his next appointment for ear clean and getting the hair out of his ears, plus his first dental appointment- she came right out and reminded me - I really appreciate that- I’m forgetful and it’s been a rough month- so thank you

This was post-surgical check. My dog was very skittish. I would have appreciated being allowed to accompany him and actually talk to the vet.

As usual, Dr. Deep has always taken an interest in our pup. We re waiting for lab results so we can proceed with the next step in our dog s ear issue.

If you could recommend pet insurance, I would appreciate it. The costs for this beautiful, but aging dog, are very high, a lot more than I expected or, as a retired person, can afford.
