I love y’all!!!!

All of the staff at CC is amazing! My pups especially love the kennel staff (Abby, Eli, etc). They are wonderful, caring and take great care of my crazy duo.

We were very pleased. Appointment was on time. Don’t have any complaints. Staff was very professional and pleasant.

Everybody is always wonderful. Ashley always goes above and beyond when it comes to my boys and their grooming or boarding. Y all are all just great, always!

We came for boarding and friends had recommended, and Ashley was who I talked to on phone and meet when dropping Gracie off and she really made all the process much easier and was very friendly.

First, let me say that everyone was polite and helpful. We felt welcome.. But, when we were taken to the exam room, we were not told who the person was that came in there and got our pet (an introduction would be nice - just simple as in Jane the tech, or whatever, because we had no idea if the person was a vet, tech, general helper, etc), then our pup was whisked out of the room and out of sight by this person...I would prefer for some sort of dialogue or mini exam, or something, before my animal is taken away because that was completely unexpected and was off putting.

Wonderful people and wonderful service. So kind and friendly. Very helpful with any questions asked. I did notice how compassionate and helpful to everyone that walked in. Certainly rank them ??????????

Dr Edwards does much better then Dr Rhodes with my large dog. She wants to sedate him when all he needed was my husband in the room.

When I arrived to pick up my furbaby, I paid and waited around 10 minutes in the lobby, thinking they were going to get him. Only to find out that the vet tech needed to do the post appt visit. I was sent to a room to wait for another 15 minutes. The tech said they had been very busy but not a soul at the front mentioned it would be a wait. Over 45 minutes after I arrived to pick up my furbaby, I finally headed home. Maybe a little better communication from the front would be great. When I picked up last year from the same procedure,different patient, I was in and out in under 10

This was our first visit to Crooked Creek. Everyone was so nice and friendly.

The receptionist made it very easy to schedule and be seen very quickly. The staff were all nice and courteous, even with my rotti literally standing trying to give everyone hugs. Thanks so much for taking care of our big baby!

I appreciate how friendly the staff is every time I call or bring one of my babies in. I especially appreciate Dr. Grillis for always calling and going over in detail what was done at the appointment, what to expect when we get home, etc. I always feel like all of my questions are legitimate and welcomed.
