Both vets are excellent. Dr Kyle checked Peabody out and indicated that the new bare spot by his nose might not be totally furred in the future. That definitely saves a return call (unless otherwise needed)! Thanks. Office staff and medical staff are very dependable, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, etc. Thank you.

All of our experiences in taking our dogs/cats are excellent and are on target! There is room for adjustments for the equine!

The staff was extremely helpful especially when I couldn t get my dog under control. Other vets I have been to in the past just stood back and did nothing, your staff jumped right in to help. This one of the reason we switched to them, we heard only positive recommendations when asking around about a year and a half ago.

My cat was sick and they said to bring him over and they would work him in since they had no appointments available. We were so happy that they went out of their way to do this...they are great to work with!! Love this clinic!

I love these guys. I once lived in Diversion and they took excellent care of my dogs. I moved to the north end of Springfield and still travel there for my dogs care. They are wonderful.

I appreciated being moved to an exam room right away. While there were no kids in the waiting room, it s always a concern as my dog does not like them. I never know if a family might enter the waiting room right after I get there.

I could not ask for a better place an out standing staff !!! The only complaint I would have is that the exam rooms get a little warm an stuffy .

Anytime I need to get an appointment last minute, AVS always accommodates my needs and are always very nice and attentive to Troopers needs. You guys rock ????

Two years ago we had a bad experience with an employee that is no longer employed by you and took our pets to another vet. We are very glad we came back. Dr. Christy is the best. Staff also great.

We really appreciate all of you at AVS......you make things so easy and convenient for us....especially for our monthly injections and meds that our dog needs.
