Their new office is absolute beautiful. Always a positive experience at Tenafly Vet Center. Same great staff and Dr. Han always takes her time and answers your questions and concerns with a smile. I’m very confident and completely trust them to give my dog the best care possible.

As always, our visit, Shadow s and mine, was very pleasant and we re grateful for the diagnosis of ear infection which, hopefully, with provided medication I will be able to use in the best way to bring Shadow relief and return him to good ear health. We re also using the provided ointment on Shadow s back paws to bring comfort to Shadow with regard to his extra attention and licking. Look forward to seeing you all on Friday, 11/16 for our follow-up; hopefully, all will be well and Shadow will be sent home with clean bill of health.

I called with an emergency on Friday afternoon. From the start, this was a positive experience! I was told to come over and we d be fit in between appointments. We were warmly greeted at the door and told to immediately come into exam room. No wait, at all. Dr. Han, Erin & Melanie was so sweet and gentle with Cleo. Every step & recommendation was explained. Cleo was soothed, calmed and, ultimately, healed. It s as if her knee had never even been injured. YAY! When we left, the front desk was efficient, helpful and super nice/friendly. What could have been an awful experience turned out to be a positive one! Thank you!!!!

I travel to Tenafly BECAUSE of the wonderful treatment my fur babies receive from Dr. Han & ALL of the staff there!! They are always pleasant and professional. I feel confident in the treatment received and all suggestions given. I never feel that I m an inconvenience when asking questions. I will continue to bring my babies to their office!!

I would like to have had someone review the billing for a procedure rather than just emailing the bill. There are some items in the bill that are not necessary such as microchip. My puppy already has a microchip.

When we got a new puppy, and he was sick within two days from being home, can honestly said that the only comfort me and my family got was by visiting this VET, we had to returned the puppy, because it was honestly overwhelming, but if we ever get another pet we already have an AMAZING PLACE !! To take them from Lobo and us thank you ??
