The handling of the appointment through thIs pandemic was smooth. Highly recommend this procedure throughout this difficult time. I arrived with both of my dogs and they were seen by Dr Murphy. I was on my way in 25 min. Pay by phone and had good conversation by phone with Dr Murphy. Was able to get all their meds, too. Super staff, considerate, kind and above all, I felt safe.

Can cannot comment on cleanliness as it was during Covid and I had to wait in the car which to me accounts for cleanliness and safety for the animals, owners and staff. It was expeditious, spoke to tech and vet, all extre,ely nice and answered any question in had with patience, complimented Bugsy on how good he was, the whole time from start to finish might have been 30 minutes but felt like no time at all.

Dr. Whittier was fabulous. She fully explained what was going on with freckles, what’s to come and a plan. She was so Patient with me, listened to my rambling and crying without rushing me. I feel both freckles and I were well taken care of, um thankful.

I absolutely love taking all four of my dogs to animal and bird Hospital. I feel like they truly care about my pets. The staff always greet me and my dogs upon arrival and are always friendly and courteous. I would never want to go anywhere else. I highly recommend animal and bird Hospital to all my friends with pets.
