I took my parrot to have her nails clipped and beak checked. Dr. Murphy also examined my bird thoroughly. I was so impressed with her skill and knowledge. She took her time to explain diet, bathing, habits, and care of my bird. It was a very positive experience for me and my bird.

In September of 15, when took Sasha to see Dr. Culpeper that we discovered she had suffered what they called Vestibular disease we knew she was in great hands. Not knowing what that was, Dr. Culpepper placed at ease. The Shah has been by our side since she was 6 weeks old and there has not been a day hardly that we have been apart. Both Drs. Culpepper and Murphy have been miracle worker not just with Shah, but with us in our education. Dr. Murphy and her staff (technicians/front office staff, especially Patti) are the most professional, caring, efficient people we have ever met and that is why we continue to use her for the care and well-being of our animals. We have been going to the hospital and using the boarding facilities for over 20 years and have recommended numerous friends/family to the facility. Please extend to them our sincerest heartfelt thanks for always answering our emails/telephone calls/texts in such a timely manner. It makes our time away from our pets so comforting knowing that they are being taken care of and loved as much as we love them.

Yes,when i was there the printer in the spa was down, the girl said she would e-mail his receipt. I have nt received it yet and thats ok because i would really rather you print and mail it to me for his folder,because i dont have a printer either..than you so much, Rebecca Heishman
