We came 30 minutes away from our home to see Dr. Mary. She is the reason we came to this practice. After being kindly received by the office staff, a friendly vet tech named Andrea wonderfully explained what would happed to our new dog (as we were first time dog owners). Within minutes, someone else bolted in the room, interrupted the tech and started talking. I had no idea who this person was. I assumed she was another tech. I did not know she was a vet until I saw her tag. I thought it was very unprofessional that she did not even introduce herself. As the visit continued, she kept checking with us to see if Andrea had taught us anything. It was obvious (even to my 10 year old) that she was rudely checking on her care of us. Luckily, Dr. Mary came to see us for a minute before a scheduled home visit. However, from the moment, Mary walked in the room, the other vet (Theresa?) kept mentioning that Mary should be leaving for the appointment. I wanted to say that WE WERE MARY S APPOINTMENT. I know I made the appointment to be with Dr. Mary because we set a Thursday morning appointment because that is when she works. I would prefer not to see this other vet again.

My Dalmatian recently had his first big surgery and the whole process was terrific, from the doctor calling me before cause the procedure had changed a bit. Then calling after to let me know it was successful and he was doing good. The staff took my several phone calls cause I had multiple questions and lastly the doctor calling me to give her personal number as we were heading into the weekend. I would strongly suggest this vet!

We ve been with Dr. Teresa Labuszewski for over 20 years! Dr. Teresa and her staff are amazing...They re all kind, respectful, compassionate and very knowledgable when it comes to the care of my dogs. I love my dogs like family. I wouldn t trust their health and care to anyone other than people who treat them like I want them to be treated and we ve found that with the staff at The Animal Hospitable! You guys are all awesome!!!!

I always have a great experience. My young daughters were with me and the ladies at the desk were so accommodating. They gave them stickers, showed them the coloring books and even brought out a cat for them to see. The office visit was great too. Millie is always taken care of quickly and efficiently.

My only comment would be- the times I’ve brought my cats in to be seen, I’ve noticed that the Feliway plug in is on empty. Both my cats are terribly stressed when coming in and particularly for blood draws. So, it would be nice for the air in that room to be filled with Feliway. Thank you
