Just the opposite but since I have a professional background in an animal lab technician I have a professional curiosity and how you have your facility set up. I had to put my pet rat down and he ended up dying before we had time to get the meds. This was a very hard experience for me and I was not accompanied by anyone and the vet tech and vet made the experience easier for me. I am so lucky I found this clinic and I give them five stars all around. I have never felt more comforted by a professional and cannot say enough good things. This was so hard for me and the people there made it better. I know my baby dale was in good hands and was well taken care of. I am incredibly thankful for your services! Thank you again for everything! The people here are great and I would recommend them to everyone.

I entered this clinic fearing that I would have to humanely put my pet down. The doctors and staff spent the time to explain new procedures that could save my friend with minimal intrustion. I ve had months of happiness due to their professionalism. I highly recommend!

I ve had two cats go through procedures here and I ve been so pleased at how well they were treated and cared for. The staff are always very courteous and I like the convenience of being able book and change appointments via email. I also appreciate the email reminders to schedule important visits and reminders.

I appreciated the skilled eval , acknowledgement of my dog s history and age, as related to issues related to my visit. I appreciated Dr Laura calling as soon aslab results were available late on Friday- I was able to not be worried the whole week end when the lab results were good news. She took plenty of time in office and on phone to patiently answer my questions.

Payment plan options or ways to reduce the cost for a higher number of pets without needing to have the funds to bring in all at once would be nice. Like maybe a larger fee for a yearly membership that includes office visits or $5 off office visits up to a certain amount per animal registered with you guys that client owns, but with full price first visit for each animal. But everyone has to make money, and if I need to spend $50 minimum a visit, I m at least happy I m lucky to have a place so excited and knowledgeable about my pets.
