For some reason I can t get the click to record my scores--all excellent. I did find it hard/impossible to use the rather large syringe I was given to draw up the 1 ml of meds Ben needed. Had to use some smaller ones that I had at home. A fair amount was wasted trying to work it out.

I just wanted to state that overall the service was great and although my sick dog and I had to wait a while for our appointment I appreciate the staff for squeezing us in last minute on a busy holiday. The staff was very kind and was very transparent with information about my dog. I have been searching for a long time for a regular clinic for my dog and I think we might have found it! Thanks again to the staff for assisting my dog and I!

Thank you so much for helping my cat with his dental procedure! He really needed it and I would not have been able to get it done without the payment plan. He was in a lot of pain and it was getting to the point that without the tooth extraction I would have had to either return him to the shelter (after 10 years) or put him down, but those were terrible options because I love him and he was not that sick -- he just needed some teeth pulled. Anyway, thanks again for the payment plan and the great veterinary care.

I really like this clinic. The one comment I would make is that I sometimes feel rushed when things are being explained to me. Everyone asks if I have any questions and that s great but it is the explanation itself that feels rushed. For example, I brought my cat in for a teeth cleaning and while the technician was explaining the procedure and what to expect afterwards, I just felt that he was talking a mile a minute and skipping over things. I understand that he has probably given this explanation a hundred times but it is the first time I m hearing it. So it would be helpful if the technicians and the doctor could just slow down the explanations. Thanks.
