Staff at reception very kind. Doctor was super professional. Love how he distracted my puppy for her shot and made her feel no pain at all. Appreciate the attention for giving me information about feeding times, best type of food, potty training and not only explaining but showing me how to cut the puppy’s nail. Definitely recomend and sure will return.

We love your facility and wouldn’t trust our pup with anybody else!

Everyone was exceptional when I asked if I could bring our dog in at a moments notice for a look after she had been attacked a few days before in a different city. Right from the caring phone call to warm welcome from reception when we arrived to the attentive thorough examination. I thank you so much for easing my mind and for helpful suggestions. I have been going to the Jane Animal Hospital for over 10 years and I have to say the entire staff are absolutely fabulous. Excellent team of extremely professional, knowledgeable,genuinely warm and caring individuals. They also offer very competitive rates and unlike some vets they do not push profit ahead of providing the necessary treatment for your beloved four legged family member. Excellent clinic overall!
