I have been taking my cat Charlie to Central for a couple of years now and wouldn t take him anywhere else. They are awesome in every way possible and I know Charlie is getting the best care he can get! Thank you guys, so, so much! ??

Yearly health check could involve head to toe examination taking a couple minutes longer. I assume prostrate examination also includes anal sacs.

Living in Kelowna it is well worth the drive to come to a place with a team that very clearly not only offers a service, but cares deeply and puts their heart into what they do. Thank you for treating our dog as if he was your.. Its worth the drive!!

I really appreciated the care & concern, & loving care all the staff showed Sheena & I on our emergency visit. Unfortunately, we had to leave to carry on to Calgary, but again, the staff were supportive & helped me decide the best timing to leave & where to go once we got there for follow-up treatment. Kudos to you all!!

I only want the absolute best for my senior dog and just HAD TO follow Dr. Walsh over to your clinic as she provides that. However, all of the staff were awesome!

I had called in requesting an appointment as my dog had been vomiting and dealing with diarrhea for two days. Excellent service as usual as I was able to get in to see the Doctor within an hour. My dog is feeling better. We also received a follow-up call the day after our appointment to ask if there were any problems. Nice.

Your clinic was very wonderful. i was able to make appointment quickly. Sarah was awesome and explained everything so we could understand it. My husband and I were very satisfied. I would recommend your facility to anyone who asks. My Little Guy seems very healthy and is recovering nicely from his neutering. Thank you to everyone who made our visit awesome! And thank you for the follow up on the next day. Will be seeing you in a month for boosters for both my cats. Thank you again!

This is not a significant comment, but I did notice a change in mood at the front desk. In the past the team has seemed more welcoming. I assumed they might just have been busy.

I was very thankful to the staff and dr for the wonderful service they provided.

Always love everyone who works at the front, very warm and welcoming and always remember who is walking in (their names and their pet). You can tell they genuinely care about animals.

The emergency care given to Gerkin was amazing. You made us feel calm and at ease in such a frightening situation.

Everything was very good. I would and have been recommending your clinic to everyone that has pets. Just one thing, I would have liked to have met the vet herself to say hello . I know she probably wasn t at the office yet when I dropped my cats off but afterwards I would have liked to have met her.

I loved the vet I saw! She was so thorough in the exam and explained everything so well. I got there early for my appointment and the front end staff were cheery and conversational. Overall I was very happy.
