I would just like to say that I booked an original Appointment about a month ago for April 6, however we’re not the closest to your location living in east York. We had tried calling 4 other offices who did not return my messages or emails in regards to Churro’s first initial visit. We picked up churro 2 weeks early, in an emergency situation, and DUNDAS WEST was the ONLY hospital that was willing to take churro early, and not only that, Dundas west made it work. All veterinary clinics we called again didn’t return our calls and messages EXCEPT Dundas west. Thank you for showing us the animals sincerely are your priorities. We were not mad at all that no one could take churro, just really impressed that Dundas west was able to make it all happen. Thank you for being you Dundas team!!! Churro has found her forever doctors

Amazing, easy to schedule, and great workaround during covid.

The team at Dundas W. Animal Hospital has been so kind and helpful. It’s been a challenging time and they made us feel comfortable and has checked up on us frequently even after our appointment and diagnosis. They have been there to answer any and all questions promptly and with such patience and kindness while we navigate home treatment. We are sooo grateful to have the Dundas W Animal hospital in our corner.

Dr Krayz was so good at getting to the root of the problem and took all the time needed to question me thoroughly on the issue my cat was having. The staff and Dr Krayz were excellent during this emergency appointment and I would highly recommend the clinic.

Dr.Buchanan s care for our 3 cats has been exceptional. The information she shares is thorough and enables us to make good decisions for their well being without feeling pressured. She is a gifted and compassionate veterinarian.

I’d like to thank you again for seeing Blue yesterday. It’s only been 1 day and her improvement is amazing. Can’t wait to see her skin after a few more baths with her new shampoo!

Dr. Buchanan was extremely informative and provided my dog with the care she needed for her infected eyes. The infection has cleared quickly with the eye drops and eye lubricant provided.

We have never let our Sr dog go into a vet visit alone after having an unfortunate visit to a new vet years ago that went really badly. We were concerned and Joy was so kind and friendly she put all our fears aside immediately. Honestly we cant tell you enough how valuable those first points of contact are. Our anxiety was immediately gone...therefore our dogs was probably too...and we were just wonderfully set up to be in a trusting and open frame of mind for the rest of the exceptional visit. We have been here before and already knew we were in amazing care with Dr Kilburn but having Joy be so thoughtful and gentle and genuine was the cherry on top! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

I’m always satisfied when I visit Dundas West Animal Hospital but want to give a huge thank you to Dr.Krayz for being so thorough in her exam and explanations of my options as it related to my concerns re: separation anxiety. Hannah was also super friendly and put Poppy and I at ease immediately. Thank you for always being so fab!
