I have grown to trust the staff at dundas west animal hospital and know that they care for my car, and take good care of her when she has an appointment. I value that if I have any question they are there to help, and I value that they take the time to inform me of important details with Betty. Big shout out to Steph for amazing communication, dedication, care, and kindness to our family while Ham heals from his broken leg. She has taken extremely good care of Ham while tending to new bandage applications on a weekly basis. Thanks as well to Dr. Krayz for her diligent efforts to locate Ham s fracture and her general overseeing of his healing! And of course, thanks to the wonderful team at the front who is always so kind and friendly when we arrive/are getting checked out/ask for invoices to send to insurance all the time. Thanks!

Dundas West Animal Hospital has provided exceptional service and care to my cats. Dr. Krayz has cared for two of my cats. In additional to thorough examination, she provides really helpful tips on daily home care. During tough times, she’s been very compassionate and has gone above and beyond what one might expect. Can’t recommend her enough! I was in a couple of days ago, and vet tech, Hannah, was also excellent! Excellent service and assistance.
