My cat had to have a blood test. I was told the results would be back in 20-30 minutes and I could wait or the doctor would call me. I asked the doctor to call me. Two hours later I called in for the results and was told the doctor would call me in about an hour. The next day I still had not heard and called and left another message. The doctor did not call. Two days and two messages later I called and left ANOTHER message. Still no call. Finally, when I called the three days later I was told by a vet tech the results. I LOVE Gem City but this was hands down the worst service I have ever received there.

Dr. Murray is awesome and so good to my dogs.

I enjoy everyone who works there and appreciate the positive and caring attitude. I would love to see a pet patient of the month, kind of like the getting to know the staff series a while ago.

I did have to wait for an appointment with Dr. Dixon. I don t mind waiting to get in with her because it was a nonemergency, and when I have had an emergency situation she has come right out. 5 stars for Dr. Dixon

I prefer to do a once a year check up with my dogs so that they get all vaccinations and such. It limits how often I have to bring them into town. It seems though that I get reminders for different vaccinations through the year.

This was my first appointment with Gem City after switching from a different local vet. I was blown away by how kind and informative everyone was. I am so glad that I switched and I look forward to working with this office for years to come.

everything was clear fair and friendly as is usually the case I think I am a rather long time client. Had a golden in to see Dr. Allen in the mid 70 s. keep it going! Also, the techs wer very good at answering any concerns or forwarding to the appropriate person.

Everything was great! I especially appreciated being taken right into the exam room so my cat didn’t have to be in the waiting room with all the other people and dogs. Whitney and the front desk staff were very polite and professional. Thank you!

I got no information related to my dog and both tech and receptionist gave misinformation as if they were a vet. Never did see a vet. Hard to have trust with no relationship. Seems like practice is too busy to give comprehensive care.

The new vet tech lady is so caring, and is going to be a star. I love her

If you pay your employees more money, you will have less turnover and higher retention. Also, if you are short staffed you have to schedule accordingly. The last 2 times I ve been there the wait has been unacceptable. Staff is of excellent quality and deserve to be paid well. Happy to pay a little more for services.

Since Dr. Honken left the community in 2010(?), we cast about for kindred spirits and feel we found it in your clinic. Your care is professional and caring and we are constantly grateful for you all. Did a drop off, was not called when my pet was seen. Procedure not included on estimate was performed. It only takes a minute to call the owner and let them know their pet was seen and ask about doing procedures. This is standard practice at any other vet office. I will not do any more drop offs with this vet.

Gem city is the best

Crystal is wonderful, my dog is kind of a pain and she is always so patient with him.
