All the staff are friendly, helpful, supportive & give full attention to koko & myself. Dr Abernathy is practical, friendly & and an amazing doctor & surgeon. I am not just a source of revenue. She is a friend. I appreciate her & trust her. Thank you all for taking exceptional care of both of us.

We came in for a required vaccination. I see there are additional vaccinations due in 60-90 days. Will I be asked to pay full office visit fees for those vaccinations as well?

This is a very caring and conscientious clinic. My cats are well cared for as they age. It is clean and everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable.

Called the previous day and was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning. Arrived two minutes late and no one made me feel bad. Libby was weighed and seen promptly. The technician collected initial information concerning our issue and the Doctor arrived within a few minutes. Dr. Cross was professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in her communication. We proceeded with a radiograph and sedation was brought up as I anticipated. Pricing was discussed and the team decided to attempt a radiograph minus sedation even though I was okay with sedation. Libby came back looking like a Queen and they told me she was a cooperative girl so that reduced my bill a lot. I felt like Family Pet Hospital treated us like lifetime customers and not revenue producers. Radiograph got a full study from Ortho and Dr. Cross clearly communicated results as well as getting me the written notes so I could understand. We further discussed consultation with CSU given Libby s age and femoral angulation. Will be getting a spay and baby tooth extraction with Family Pet soon.

I can’t speak highly enough about this office and Dr. Abernathy! From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted promptly by the front desk staff, and always in a positive friendly manner. The wait time is always minimal to get into a room, as well as I’m greeted by a vet tech right away. Dr. Abernathy is very caring, and always spends quality time with me and our dog! She is the best!

Patient emergencies unfortunately put them behind schedule and they did their best to speed up the process for us. They are very conscientious of my dog’s fear and consequential aggression towards others dogs and have always helped us to deal with this difficult situation in an extremely professional and positive manner
