All staff but one was very friendly and helpful and professional— We thought it inappropriate to bad mouth the trainer we are using. She also described our pup as “naughty”—lunging and biting at staff—told me to get a muzzle next time we come in for her spaying —she could have been a bit more tactful or gotten help from others if there was a need—our pup gets frightened at new situations and this was obviously one of them—

Dont charge 20 bucks to shave a dogs butt.

Love Village Park. Have been going there 5 years. Unfortunately your prices are higher than other vets so I have a hard time getting my friends to switch over. I always tell everybody that Village Park has everything with the boarding, grooming and aqua paws so that s why your prices are higher. Your facility is also beautiful.

I am so glad I found this excellent pet care provider when we moved to the area. I am very pleased with all the services including grooming.

Dr. Smith was thorough in his assessment, explained options well. Very kind and not rushed. The room didn t smell clean though.

Dr Bradshaw is always so wonderful and we appreciate her and her ability to handle our angry little cat!

Always a good experience, but my only complaint is waiting time. With a cat, waiting in the lobby is stressful. It would be nice to have an exam room available closer to the scheduled appointment time. Being in a room and out of the carrier is somewhat less stressful on my cats.

Liked Dr Jeffery s demeaner, and the way he related to my dog and to me. Happy with my decision to go with this Vet.

Dr. Jeffreys was wonderful. I also had a very good experience with Dr. Bradshaw well. My only concern was all the veterinarians seem to be pretty booked up these days. I imagine losing Dr. Wallace put some pressure on the schedule. Hopefully that will get better by next season.

Friendly and proficient staff and Dr. Bradshaw was great. Hero looks forward to coming back (to see other dogs) and to get his two new shots. Have a good day...

Everyone is so great here. Dr Bradshaw is awesome. I really appreciate the time she takes with me going over my pets issues and answering my questions.

We loved that Dr Jeffrey sat on the floor with our dogs. They were very anxious about coming to a new vet; so that made them more comfortable! The assistant was delightful! Thank you everyone!
