We usually take our Leo to another vet but we ve had difficulty recently getting him in for visits in a timely manner. With Legacy Vet Clinic it was so easy to set up an account online, schedule an appointment, and get in to see a vet quickly. I also really appreciated the follow-up call to check on Leo and see if we had any questions after his appointment. I think we will be switching to Legacy Vet Clinic for Leo moving forward. Due to COVID 19 I wasn’t able to go inside so I’m unsure how clean the place was. Through the doors it looked clean. While I wasn’t allowed to go inside they accommodated my dog by letting his brother go with him so he wasn’t so anxious and afraid, he really doesn’t like the vet but he was in a great mood when they brought him back to my car!! And we were having an emergency and they were able to fit me in within a few hours a with no problem! I’m excited to be able to interact with the staff in person since they were so great over the phone and we will definitely be returning!!

I was very pleased to get an accurate diagnosis and a clear explanation of Yuri s condition. Unfortunately, Yuri s previous Vet clinic had us feeding him the wrong RX food for over a year. Your entire staff was welcoming and friendly, Ingrid, our tech, kept me informed during the long process of getting records from multiple vets, running tests etc. about the time, what was happening and made sure to explain carefully how and when to administer Yuri s new medicines. Thank you all for taking such good care of my boy.
