I love this office and the vet s and staff who work there but it is just incredibly expensive. We are not poor by any means but we are not rich either and the amounts charged for our dog s care is really unbelievable. Wish there could be some happy medium so we could afford the required treatments and the practice could also make money.

I would have appreciated a call concerning the meds prescribed to my cat, before they were dispensed and given. I heads up on results and cost would be appreciated next time.

Always have been happy with my dogs care at your animal clinic! Really appreciated the prompt appt for my dog. The commentary from Dr Slagel was appreciated on Harley s eye problem and I would not go anywhere else for my dogs care!!

I am always happy with the service at your clinic and I love the vet we see for Liza Williams. But, recently I had just her nails trimmed and anal glands treatment and the charge was $50. Absolutely outrageous. When I get her groomed at a groomer s shop, I pay only $40 total for the works, including cut, bath, trim nails, anal glands treatment. Takes them 1.5 hours! Your fee is just way too high. I would love to see a partial refund.

Was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of calling, staff and doctor were amazing... so friendly, kind to our dog and our family... explained everything well, followed up afterward... wonderful experience. I will recommend your office to anyone needing a vet!

Dr Slagell (not sure about spelling) offers the best Vet experience I ve ever had. She s extremely pleasant, always smiling and its evident that she really cares about each animal. The staff was also very friendly. Excellent experience! Great Job Dave North
