Absolutely respect and like the people at the Animal Medical Center in Highland Village. Staff and doctors are compassionate, competent and caring towards all of their furry clients. We know that our animals are in the best hands when we bring them in to this practice. Thanks for all that you do.

I was a bit concerned, the nurse missed Ryder’s shot and all liquid went out, she has to redo. She seemed to have little experience and was nervous. Also both we not wearing a mask. I know they are not enforced but I was wearing one. I am vaccinated but is is for their and our protection. They can pass the virus to my dog and him to us.

The only thing I wish is to pay in advance for services like nail clippings that you know the price. It would make it so much easier than to mess with your pet while waiting to pay

Markie loves to visit her vets office and see the doctors and techs. She doesn’t mind getting vaccinated, she knows it keeps her and the other pets safe. And she gets a treat from the techs!

I would like to thank the entire staff at Animal Med Ctr of HV. As usual, it was easy & convenient to get both of my cats in for shots & the concerns I had on each. Everyone is kind, gentle & I love how informative Dr. Strauch is when addressing my concerns. My cats don t love coming here - but I do. Thank you for exceptional service all the way around!

Your prices continue to increase. I am on Disability income and must fins a cheaper vet unfortunately. No matter what we come for the visit is always $300 - $2800 or more. My parents have moved b due to price as well. Unfortunately I have two dogs now which hurts the wallet. Great Service, professionals, care amazing, ill be sad to find a new more affordable doctor/practice
