I had to sign a consent form via email. I did not see this form and I was contacted very close to the time of the surgery. If I could have been told about this form when dropping of my dog, it would have been a lot less stressful. My experience with you was really great! Thanks to everyone, Patricia

It s a little bit frustrating not to be able to see the pet as the examination takes place. Hopefully soon, we ll get back to an in-person visit. Everything was explained to me quite well, and as far as I can see everything was very well done.

Excellent service. Dr listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, she was very thorough. I received an honest feedback and assessment from the Dr. There were no unnecessary tests done. Dr gave me advice on what the next steps will be. My pupp went in excited and came out excited...that says a lot. The staff understood the importance of requiring appointment as soon as possible. Very accommodating. Very friendly. Reception, assistant and Dr all extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this office. Thank you so much for everything!!!!! Staff at Richview have been wonderful with our aging and ailing Chessie.

This was my first time here and I was really impressed with the efficiency and organization. My cat got taken in exactly at the appointment time, communication was very clear, I ve never had such an efficient visit to the vet.
