Great first experience with our very first puppy Teddy

I am glad I made the decision to switch to your services. Dr. Johnson was very thorough and explained percisely what she was doing. She was concerned for my dogs health but also took into account the dogs age (14) and financial limitations. I have to say that she was more interactive with my dog then the last 3 vets combined and I am extremely please with the service I received.

Excellent all round!

Friendly courteous staff. The vet and staff were great with Reggio and took the time to explain his issue and how to administer his medication. Were able to clip his nails without sedation as was done in the past with his previous vets. Great welcoming environment and this will be our vet for both our dog and cat.

Thank you to Dr. Booth, Charlene & the lovely receptionist for helping alleviate the fears of a first time dog owner. We didn’t feel rushed during our appointment considering we arrived minutes before closing time. Your professionalism and courtesy does not go unnoticed. I will be recommending your veterinary services to others!

Everyone I dealt with today was awesome. From reception, to intake and vet visit everyone was super professional and friendly. Dr Booth explained everything and answered my questions well. I was more than happy with the service I received. Having moved to Etobicoke not that long ago and not wanting to drive back to our vet we had for 15 years I searched out a new one. As mentioned I couldn t have been happier, everyone in the clinic was wonderful and I m so happy I found a new vet.
