This was my first encounter with Dr. Artman and she is great. even over the phone she was very understanding and helpful. I still like Dr. Roberts but Dr. Artman is running a close second.

I brought my dog in without an appointment. I was worked in. Everybody is friendly and genuinely cares about your pet. Examined and treated him. Received good instruction on follow up care and was on my way. Nice place to bring your pet.

This visit I did have to wait a while in the lobby and again in the exam room. This is atypical with previous experiences. All health concerns were properly addressed and staff were most helpful.

Let the tech that is going to be working with your pet place you in the exam room instead of the front desk staff. I feel like it is easier to be forgotten if a tech doesn t put eyes on you as you are going to the room. The tech can also let you know if there is going to be a delay.

rates on office visits and for bloodwork is outrageous. Bloodwork should only need to be done regularly if the dog is having problems not because they need a specific prescription. This should be ordered by patient request or approval only. I will never understand why you(vets) get to choose whatever it is you want to do to the dogs just so we can get certain medications. I understand you need to operate a business but at what expense.

Everyone I the office is awesome, We are in the process of selling out house and were taking the dogs to be boarded, they made everything go so smooth with short notice, can t image thing out kids any place else.
