We saw Dr. Ann, she was wonderful, very down to earth and understanding. My dogs loved her, Marley was so excited to go into the clinic!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dyer Animal Clinic!!

Had blood work done on Willow and was supposed to receive a call next day and I still havent heard. My only complaint.

The waiting room is small so maybe space out the appointments more so there s not so many people & animals together in that small space all at once.

When clicking on the stars, all answers did not show up. The answers were all excellent.

I received a 10% discount via email with my appointment reminder/confirmation. When I presented the email at checkout, the front desk staff member said, You ve got to be kidding me. Apparently the discount had to be applied manually to each item on my bill. If it s such a hassle [for your staff] to redeem a special offer, please don t offer it. The front desk s comment was off-putting. I was made to feel cheap for using it and I m sure that wasn t the intent. I saved $30 on a bill over $300. The yearly appointments are expensive. Why wouldn t I use it?

The only problem was the cost, we are both retired and to come up with that kind of money is sometimes hard and with you are not offering a payment plan that is even harder.

Took 2 weeks to get an appt. AND I didn t get my 10% off my office visit...even though I showed the receptionist the text saying I would.
