its been 18 years since I had a puppy so I forget a lot of stuff. I would like to see just more patients and understanding when we ask questions even though they may sound repetitive. Until I understand the answer please be patient. Thank you

I am very pleased with the service my fur babies receive. They are treated with the utmost care and compassion and I don t feel as I am pushed into treatments or tests that may not be necessary for them yet given clear options and explanations to make informed decisions.

I have been going to Bucksburn for 5 years and from my first call have been impressed. The new changes and electronic communications as well as the new groomer are excellent improvements. We really like working with Dr John! Thank you all for your care and kindness. I have already sent two of our fur buddies to you in the past year as a result.

The invoice was easy to understand but it was not explained to me. I do not think it was necessary for this appointment but it would be more important for someone whose pet had a problem.

I think the team at Bucksburn are great and they are always courteous and accommodating to my requests. They are a true pleasure to bring my very special animal babies to.

I would like to thank the staff at Bucksburn Vet for the caring and supportive treatment I got when I called in for an emergency at 22h30 on Saturday, 6th August,2016. My dachshund, Coco, had stolen and devoured a huge amount of fudge and was looking extremely miserable and had started vomiting.
