Dr Neeman always goes above and beyond to care for my pet. I appreciate all that he has done to care for all of my pets. His staff is always friendly and willing to help anyway they can.

My only complaint was with Ginger. I brought her in for a nail trimming. When she was brought back to me, I was told they punctured her pad, which I can understand. They then gave me medicine to put on it. When I got home, I was called and told there was a charge for that and for an exam. I don t think I should have been charged for the medicine as it wasn t my fault that she got hurt, or for the exam, as I didn t schedule that.

Vet had an aggressive approach. Needs to work on his customer service. Will take my dogs elsewhere before going back to him. Dr Du is great. Wish I scheduled with her.

We ve had two appointments for two different pets since starting with Kindness. Each experience has been fantastic. We love the doctor and her staff, and everyone seems to be fully invested in the health and wellness of the pets they treat. We are very pleased so far!

I needed help bringing in my pet and the staff was so helpful! They came out to get him and brought him directly into a treatment room so there was no waiting inside. Then when it was time to go, they took him back out to the car. Dr. Carter was thorough, kind, and direct, as usual! Very happy with the staff and service!!

Emails go unanswered. I replied to an email that was sent to me about my dog s test results. They never replied.

We love taking our fur babies to Kindness Small Animal Hospital. The staff are so kind and always empathetic of our concerns for our babies. They are all so welcoming and lovely. We also love our vet Aaron Neeman, he s so personable and is always so loving with our babies as well. He always calls us with any concerns and explains well and in terms we can understand plus he always answers our questions.

Dr. Carter and Courtney are great - very competent, courteous, and compassionate. They are the reason I switched to Kindness.

This time wait time was a little longer but that is ok. Only suggestion is while making the appt or checking the pet in if the vaccinations could be reviewed and offered that would be great. Milo was over due Bordetella 3/23 and I have taken him in for nails clipping etc. it would have been nice if he had his vaccine too as he is highly anxious when he is there and unfortunately I didn t check the bill. otherwise you guys are awesome
