Could not find instructions, which is the highest rating, a 1 or a 5? Which ever it is, that is the score i,ll give it....everything went very well, as it has for the 30 plus years......

I ve never had a bad experience with Westside with any of my dogs that have been patients there.

Going to the vet is an extremely stressful event for Sadie, but Dr. Brady and her assistants did an excellent job putting her at ease. I appreciate the patience and caring they showed her during our visit.

We always get the best care for our pups at Westside.

Love Dr Patton and the entire experience for Teddy. Very convenient and professional from making an appointment all the way to paying for the care he received. Very friendly staff and LOVE the animal sayings on the walls!

I just want to explain #6. In the last year or so Jake has become desperately afraid of a number of things that never bothered him before -- the Vet s office, thunder, gun shots & horse flies. This office does a wonderful job of trying to calm him. However, nothing helps. He only calms down a couple of hours after we leave. It is the same for the other things he s become afraid of.

Every did a fantastic job looking after Ronan and helping with our needs. Thank you!

I could not have been more pleased with Zeke s first appointment with Dr. Jacobek. He took the time to answer all of my many questions. It was a wonderful experience!

I left the rating on #6 re: pet s experience as excellent because the staff did everything they could to make it so. It was pretty traumatic for my dog but only because of her personality . I VERY much appreciate how patient and professional the entire staff was with my dog and with me. Dr. Jacobek really listens and spends an abundant amount of time to answer questions and make my dog feel as calm as possible. I sincerely appreciate how patient he and the staff are and that they are willing to adapt to the needs of my dog and involve me in an appropriate way. Thank you, very much!!

Dr Jacobek was very thorough on checking the condition and was willing to listen to what my wife and I thought would be the best treatment given the available treatment Dr. Jacobek explained. He stated all the different ways are dog could be treated and help us select the direction we should go for treatment.

While I understand that procedures that a provider does to a pet needs to be billed, I do not understand why I was not told that the provider using clippers to clip a 1 x 1 section of a short haired schnoodle dog would cost $15.00. I could have done that at home, and the wound area was very visible due to his 1 length hair anyway. I do believe that everything a provider does in the office visit needs to have a verbal cost and the necessity of the procedure prior to doing it. The clipped 1 x 1 section did not do anything but cost $15. I was not made aware of the cost until after I paid and received my receipt.
