I happened to have an appointment on Cat Wednesday and it was very pleasant. I never minded other animals on any other visits, but I sure noticed how calm it was when there were only cats that day. Please keep the Cat Wednesday (I forgot what you call it). I love Dr. Patton! It s not hard to get in to the clinic, but I specifically request Dr. Patton, so I am the one who makes it more difficult to get an appointment, because of my request. I love the special calming music that is piped in.

Even though I came in on a busy day, last minute walk in, they were very accommodating. The staff made me feel like they cared about my animal and did everything they could to provide a level of care that was nothing short of outstanding. Thank you!!

I always feel that I am second to the computer with Colleen. She barely looks up to acknowledge you and when she does you are always second to what she is doing. She does not give the welcoming feeling that the other staff does,but she is always in front.

I have had the pleasure of interacting with all the doctors in the clinic and have found each of them to be knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, and professional as well as every staff member. My pets are family and the clinic treats me and my babies with respect. I highly recommend this wonderful clinic!

Always excellent in every way. You question about office hours was the one I responded average to. IT is hard to get to office by 5:30 to pick up meds so maybe keeping your front desk open until 6 pm might work better for me, anyway. But you may not have too many people like me and that may be a very slow time. So, I work around it. I appreciate how quickly your office responds to my needs so all good.

I was very satisfied with everything. My pet and I were treated with kindness. Your survey does not work well because when I tried to tap the stars they just stayed the same.
