I m a Customer Service Manager for a Fortune 12 company, we spend the majority of our time coaching our employees on the value doing things right the first time and on the importance of making our customers feel like we value their business. I am so impressed with the loving, caring, friendly atmosphere at your office. Dr Bart, Mrs. Bart, your daughter, Susie and the staff show a genuine love for their jobs. I ve recently left my pets for dental work and I had no doubt they were well taken care of. Susie has a special way of treating our pets as if they were her own. In fact, everyone is so sweet from the moment I walk in the door and leave; and I am treated with the same level of care on the phone. Congratulations Dr. Bart and Ms. Bart for your leadership. I thank God for blessing me with you all and it doesn t take a rocket scientist to realize He plays a big role in everyone s life there! :) |

We just moved to corona and ... January 11, 2016 We just moved to corona and needed to find a new vet. Our dog had very extensive dental work done and we had the exam and the procedure done in the same day! The staff seemed like they actually cared and not like it was just their job! Not a long wait time at all, in the waiting room or once we got in the exam room. We will be coming here from now on with both our dogs! |
