I would not come back to this location again. I felt nickeled and dimed the entire time. Doctor did not do a thorough examination by any means yet charged for anything he possibly could. The doctor did not seem like he even liked dogs and was very unprofessional in that he talked with us directly about money rather than having his nurses or receptionists do it. He clearly wants to make money, which is fine, but not when that is his only priority. He didn’t even help my dog but the bill was $285!!! I would not mind paying if he actually made my dog feel better, but he did not! I would not at all recommend this place to anyone!!!

Always good attention to the pet when in the office. But, my insurance was not submitted within a few days of our appointment on 6/8, so on 6/18 I finally went into the insurance website to see if the claim had been submitted. They didn t have my invoice/claim on file, so I had to submit myself. Then they started the process, and probably reached out to ODAH. I would have preferred that ODAH submit the claim without me having to constantly follow up. Thank you.

I needed a certified for international travel for my dog and they didn t accepted it. They don t explain anything and even i had to writte down my info. Also my dog had the rabies shot from another vet, but i couldn t find the certificate and instead of trying to help to see what it can be done the staff push me to give the rabies vaccination again.

Dr. Benjamin went out of his way to answer a question and give me information for my mom s pet, too, which was helpful and much appreciated. He goes above and beyond and really has a huge heart. The receptionist and office staff are helpful and friendly, as well.

Thank you to everyone - we always receive the ultimate care for our babies.

Though entirely polite, I felt more like an inconvenience than a welcomed client. I left feeling uninformed and confused if there was a next step. Nothing was bad per se, it met average standards. But compared to service I ve received at another animal hospital, we will likely not return.

I love how you guys take care of my baby!!!! We ve been going to Dr Benjamin since we got her, and couldn t be happier with the care. The vet assistance are so knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer all my millions of stupid questions. Thank you! XOXO

Very helpful & patient staff!

I was a little frustrated when I came to pick up my dog as the receptionist passed me over a couple times to help people who came in after me. I finally had to speak up and jump in front of another customer. I was anxious to see my dog after surgery so it did frustrate me. I love Dr B, the techs and everyone there. This incident would not keep me from returning. I know there were several people there at once so maybe she could just ask who is next.

I would not have said anything had this survey not been sent...I understand sometimes people are not at their best for various reasons. For my interactions: The check in greeting/desk staff person was not friendly/welcoming (not busy either- one person left before me, no one waiting) and seemed put-out with my general inquiries, including fee confirmation, and requests (I asked to have her nails cut as short as possible and ear hair cleaned out while Luna was under .) Leaving a pet for the day for dental cleaning is not easy and I preferred other prior greeters who showed more warmth -or at least pleasant about questions/requests. At pick up- a bit better/same young lady. Results of appointment: teeth look gppd ;), nails cut short like I asked-- previously she got a little trim which is not worth it- I believe the dremel was used and that is good- altho I had to pay for a trim and then more for that. I thought nails were a courtesy with dental clean? I see nothing on the paperwork and it looks like her ear hair was not removed at all...which is very disappointing b/c it is hard to do and when pet is under is the best time. If this is not a service you provide I should have been told.

You are awesome. I will never rake my 4 dogs anywhere else. Thanks you for being able to do what no other Vet could do.

Morgan is so wonderful with my dog and Dr. Benjamin always does a wonderful job working with him and ensuring he is healthy and comfortable.
