I previously worked as a certified veterinary assistant for 20 years at a different facility so I know how crazy and busy it can get at times. All of you were so amazing and compassionately loving and caring ? for my pet. We appreciate all of you and your care for our pets.

The young lady that took care of our boy was extremely friendly and informative. The front desk staff were very friendly and always makes us feel at home.

Everyone was very helpful when my cat decided not to cooperate. We rescheduled for the next day and everything went smooth.

The staff was extremely rude, ignored everything I said and injured my pet.

Such a great experience so far! Had to come in 3x in a week and saw Dr. Singh each time. He was friendly, explained in detail what was going on and offered sound suggestions on how to move forward. Really appreciate you all so far!

I brought my dog in for her annual check up and also asked to have her eyes checked because of excessive tear stains. Vet only discussed tear stains but never examined my dog. I asked if that was it and was told by the tech that it was.

Best place for your pets

The front staff was amazing (over the phone and in person) and the vet tech I worked with was very clear and helpful. My dog actually liked her. My experience with the vet was strange personality wise he was pleasant enough but he didn t ask me any questions. He just looked in my dog s ears and walked out. No temperature check or over all body screaming. Didn t ask what he s been eating. If there is any personality changes ECT that accompany my dogs illness. The DR was in the exam room for honestly 2 min. I just needed medication for an ear infection. If I was bringing my dog here for more serious concerns i would have gone to another vet hospital for a second opinion. I most likely won t be back unless I need a last minute quick RX my primary Vet can t get me in for.

Would like the walk inns to have better chance to be seen

I would have liked more of an after procedure verbal report and interaction with the surgical team. We brought Zeus home and for a full day he was not himself. He had diarrhea and he was lethargic I’ve taken dogs in for teeth cleaning in the past with non-concerning responses. I am concerned that there was no other interaction with us regarding this full day. Stay there and how they observed him and what to be concerned about after we took him home, it took a few days for him to bounce back to his happy self and I think that was extreme, I don’t know if you’re using a different kind of sedative or if he ate some thing he shouldn’t have while he was there or if he was provided water while he was recovering before we arrived.
