Although very expensive with the extraction of seven (7) teeth, we were appreciative of vet tech Kim s care of Mickey during his cleaning. In fact, she mentioned for the first time that he has a condition - enamel hypoplasia - that will be problematic as he gets older. We hadn t learned about this before now. Before we came to MBPH, he had a tooth extracted, but no one in that clinic told us about his condition. So, we re glad MBPH did.

I am considering getting my dogs teeth cleaned again and because of her age I am considering the full blood panel draw. I am glad I asked the question about blood work because the blood work results would only be good for a month in reference to teeth cleaning. I feel that should have been disclosed up front. Had I not asked and scheduled the teeth cleaning appointment for a few months down the road I would have been really surprised that I would then have to get anther blood draw done, less expensive, but still done. If reference to getting an appointment 4 it had to rescheduled by your office and it all worked out but it took some time to get it coordinated.

I really liked it when you were open seven days a week. Six days is good but seven is best.

One of the worst experiences of my life. This place was totally ridiculous and held my dog for ransom until I paid for an examination fee when she didn t even do half of what the exam intels. I want my money back and I will never recommend this place to anyone for any reason.

I want to thank all the staff and doctor for save Max life, they fast attention was the key of the successful recovery.

I believe the veterinarian that examined Mickey and Teddy was Dr. Singh. However, I would like for him to announce himself since I like to know who is examining my dogs. I couldn t see his name on his lab coat. This is a suggestion. In doing this, it makes the visit much more personal and it s in keeping with the written mission statements of MBPH. However, I believe Dr. Singh performed a good examination on Mickey and Teddy. His only findings were that Mickey s teeth needed cleaning very soon and Teddy not as soon.
