Great Friendly Services!!!

I am clicking on the stars but nothing seems to be happening. All excellent except the hours. I know you need some time off but I wish you were open on the weekends.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have brought my other dogs in before to see Dr Singh. This visit was my crazy Goldendoodle Poppys first time at Mast. She regularly goes nuts with new places but she was shockingly calm here. Always good vibes here. Thank you

The staff are always so caring and polite. My only comment is to go back and be open on SUNDAYS for convenience.

Nice facility, great staff.

waited for over 1.2 hr. for a 5 minute exam. And the doctor said she had a discharge in her ears, but didnt mention to us until I saw the printout report and didnt treat it either. NOT HAPPY and NOT coming back.

Customer service and phone etiquette should be a mandatory training for the front desk receptionists. They are not the friendliest or warmest persons. Hanging up on clients who are trying to get information on a mistake made by the hospital is not ok.

I am a new client and brought my dog in for a lump and it ended up being a tumor. I had to bring her back again the next day for a biopsy and was supposed to receive a call to pu my dog. I dropped her off at 10am and by 3pm I hadn t received a call. They told me to come in at 330 and when I got there the dr said the biopsy results would be back within 48hrs. That was a Tues and I had to wait over 30min for them to bring my dog out. Today is Friday which is over 48hrs and I still haven t heard fr the vet. I tried calling at 9am today and got a recording to leave a msg. I m waiting to hear back. I feel the communication is poor.

Taking care of your beloved pets is our top priority, and we greatly appreciate your business. That is a great mission statement for your office because your staff is exceptional! I have taken my (children) to a lot of different vets and your team and facility are exceptional. I recommend and brag on your staff and facility all the time. Staff is very friendly. Dr Singh went out of his way to make sure I understood my Bella’s diagnosis and treatment plan.

New staff didn t seem very interested in engaging with me both times I came in over the last week.

Handled a small emergency fast and efficiently. Always follows up next day to confirm no further issues. They really care.

I did take my dog in for blood work and were told we’d receive a call in two days but it was over a week before I reached out to get results from the text. And I asked for a copy of the blood work to be emailed to me but it was not and I had to call again to have it sent. Attention to detail.

The new office is beautiful. I like the fully stocked “clean up” station.

It was our first visit and the service of both the Vets and the staff was excellent even with having to give us awful news. They were most kind and gracious.

Maybe have a designated cat waiting section.. there were a lot of dogs on long leashes (well maybe the owners just didn’t do a good job of restraining their dogs) and my cat wasn’t feeling well so I feel she may have been overwhelmed by the dogs. But you all are fantastic!
