Mast treats my pets like their own! Always taking great care of us even before we were official, new patients! During an emergency they were compassionate, kept us informed and took amazing care of our dog. They also gave us options and made sure we understood them all. Their costs were more than reasonable which is important to us - especially since we have four dogs! Emergencies get expensive quickly. Thank you to the doctors and the staff for loving our pets like their own!

While I appreciate you seeing my dog as fast as you did and the friendly staff that took care of me. I won’t be coming back because of what was done to my dog. After being instructed to pick him up at 8:00pm, we arrived to find it completely dark and closed up. Our dog was brought out to us scared and shaking and his rear end was covered in bloody diarrhea. When I asked why the diarrhea had not gotten better, I was told “oh, it’s the stress of being here” in a dismissive manner. On our way home, our dog began hemorrhaging blood everywhere. We didn’t even get home, we took him straight to PESC where he was admitted in critical condition and stayed there until yesterday. He could have died because your doctor failed to address the main concern of why we brought him in! The fact that both staff and doctor said “he’s okay” even though that was FAR from the truth almost cost him his life and that is unforgivable. If you were unable to treat the problem, just say so, and we would have brought somewhere else. We were charged $600 for nothing and the emotional trauma we have had to endure since, not knowing if our dog was going to die and the panic of coming up with the $3,000 we had to pay to bring him home is horrible. We will never be coming back.

I m very impressed with the veterinarian service that I got my Mercedes was very sick was attacked by a dog and they went to great lengths to help me to save her life I m very impressed with the service that I got and the doctor actually called me to make sure she was doing okay afterwards I don t even get that service at my own doctor I highly recommend them

We weren t allowed in, so those two questions are N/A, but the staff is always friendly and I feel like they really care about my cat Buddy. And Torrey is awesome! She took the time to show us how administer fluids to our cat. She put our minds at ease.

They have excellent service, and really care about the animals. The only issue I had is that I asked the vet if they wanted to keep her overnight, because he had mentioned wanting to monitor her the next day and made it sound like she would be there overnight as well, and he his tone and facial expression when he said no made me feel as though he thought I was dumb. However, I might have just misinterpreted. Despite this, I would still give five stars.

This hospital/office is always great but this time was very important to us and they took fantastic care of our Snookie. They were quick but very efficient in her treatment and care. They got us quick appointment and saw her right away. They were very friendly and the vet was very thorough. Will be bringing her back for follow ups.
