I was very concerned about my cat Karma. She s my baby and I love how you treat her and me as well. You plainly explain what s going on, what to expect and how She s going to be treated. Thank you so much for helping us. We re not done yet, still not sure about exactly what s going on with her. But I m confident that you will help us through this process to make her healthy and happy again.

I was very upset to find out Sunday hours were no longer available without any notification at all and when I told the staff this I was told there was a notice on the door. That’s great except the staff comes out to get the pets and no one goes to the door. No mention of the change in the newly implemented answering machine either. Quite disappointed.
