Brand new to your office and both my cat and dog needed surgery. I was vey confident in the staff and drs. Both animals are doing dandy!!

All the ladies have been very helpful and patient with me. I will highly recommend Mast Blvd. Vet to anyone that is looking for a vet.

Dr. Thomas was great, he checked out my dog, provided info on what the issue was. He gave us clear directions on what the next steps are and meds to help my dog heal. We came back for a follow up and he healed really well from his injuries. I am glad I brought him to Dr. Thomas. He was great with my dog and we will recommend Dr. Thomas to others. We thank Dr. Thomas for his care.

Our dog is still having symptoms and I had to call to get results a week later. I d like her tested forleptospirosis. She was at a boarding facility and came home sick. She was fine beforehand. We really just need some help, investigation, and guidance here.

I would like to accompany my pet inside the building since some places have open to 25% capacity. I understand the new rules and it has been done very well.

Felt that a couple of our situations should have been followed up with a little closer. Lately it has been somewhat difficult to schedule an appointment and noticed that follow-up is somewhat lacking. May need to be a little more involved with the final steps.

I was sent a text to set up an appointment for my dogs 1 year check up, so I called to set it up and the day came and I waited over 30 minutes before I called back to see the ETA of when my dog would be seen. When the tech came out she asked if I had any concerns and when I said no she told me there wasn’t a need for my appointment and there was nothing due for my dog. I had to take time off work to bring her and wasted my morning waiting around when I didn’t need to be. Other than this I have had good experiences there.

After my first visit, I was impressed with Dr. Sing and the staff, transferred the health care of my dog to this facility. Hours, location, and service are superb. Thomas DeAvery

Phones are a big problem. Had to call several times to get thru and when I did get thru then they would put me on hold without even asking if it was ok? Which I think is rude. And then I had the same problem when I brought her to her appt. I had to call several times to get thru just to tell your staff that our dog was waiting outside for her appt.

Mocha really needed to see the doctor. Thank you for seeing us on short notice.

Love this vet hospital so much, they are always so helpful and nice. They make me feel comfortable dropping my dog off to them and keep me informed through all procedures. I wouldn t take my dog any where else.

I was not given the price before agreeing to the service.

I got my girl kitty spayed and I didn’t have a very good experience. First, I would have liked to been told that she would need a cone for 2 weeks. I’ve never experienced that in all my years of owning cats and would have better prepared. I would have also liked a bette explanation as to why. Second, when I came to pick her up, the tech just brought her out holding her!! I was terrified!! We were in the parking lot and if my kitty had gotten away I would have been horrified. When I asked where her carrier was, the tech apologized and took her back inside and brought her back out in the carrier. Please, please, please; if you think the pet (especially a cat) may have come in without a carrier, confirm with the owner first before just bringing it out to the street.

The Covid 19 procedures have me outside of the office but vaccination and claw clipping does not require extra service. The girl who picked up and returned Merry was very nice.

I m most thankful that you were able to see Stella and get her in for surgery right away! She is my heart and so grateful for Mast Vet Hospital when there was no one else that could get her in!!

Staff is always wonderful and friendly. I cannot tell you how important this is anymore. Harder and harder to find this quality in ANY business. Please take care of your staff so they ll continue to do a great job for you!
