Since my dog is older, it makes me feel so comfortable knowing she is with people who will take good care of her when I am away. She got lots of love and her shots updated during her boarding. I think she got so spoiled that she didn t want to come back home. Thank you for taking such good care of her!

A good Vetranarian is hard to find, especially one that doesn’t charge you for unnecessary tests/treatments. I’ve been with Mast Blvd Pet Hospital since 2012, and will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend them to anyone I meet, who are looking for a Vet.

Techs are great and very friendly. Front end staff however arent very welcoming. They arent rude, but dont go out of their way to be friendly or inviting.

I never saw the cat though not necessary. I was there Saturday. Today I get a notification to come in and get the flea control. I had thought it was time but didn t ask an the counter person read the record a couple times. I din t mind coming in cbot it would have been more convenient getting it then. As they say, be your own advocate. I need to remember that in all things.

The assist that took our dog for her shot gave an unwarranted comment about our dog. She commented that our dog would be a terrible dog to have puppies with her temperament. Luna s a sweet dog and still a puppy.

I was uncomfortable with the fact I could not stay with my fur baby. Even though it was for a simple shot I didn t like him getting taken from me and me not be able to go with him. I had asked if I could go with and was told to stay in the waiting room. I was really uncomfortable with this.

Only frustration was the assistant at the front desk said your office did not have out vaccines records. We have been coming to you for years. Eventually she found the information and was apologetic. It was just odd considering we have been coming to you for years and have had vaccines done at your clinic. Overall a great experience as always. Office employees, tech and vet are great. Love coming to your clinic. Believe you take great care of our furry family and don t do unnecessary procedures.
