We were not satisfied with the quickness to a diagnosis of fleas when the other animals and humans in the house do not show the same symptoms and no concern that he has been on a new food for the last couple months.

I have spent over 2000 in pet services in the past year and a half. When I got my dogs follow up eye check they charged me a progress fee. That’s a follow up. Not happy about that. Just changed the name of the appointment.

I brought my dog here for a second opinion and ended up taking this second opinion and my dog had two lumps removed. All of the staff are great. The morning of the surgery Dr Deep met with me and answered all my questions. He took his time and I didn t feel like I was being hurried or rushed. I felt comfortable enough to leave my dog there in his care. I will most likely switch my Dogs vet, even though he has been going to the same vet for 8 years. I really like this office. Thank you all for taking care of my Cooper.

Brinley hadn t been feeling well for multiple days now and it s so nice to have somewhere we trust to take her when we dont know what s wrong!

I took my dog in for badly needed ear cleaning and nail trim. The whole process was about 1/2 hr. My dog is 100% better now and if she’s happy, so am I! Great job. Thank you!

I wish we would have known more about the rational behind the treatment and what the backup plan was in case it didn’t work. Other than that I really liked the service we recovered.
