We moved to Spring Valley a year ago and first went to the pet clinic there which was close to our new house. I didn t have an appt. and just needed them to check the cat quickly. They said they could not take me because I didn t have an appt. I called MBPH that same day & they were able to take me right away. Everybody that works there is friendly & professional. Your facility there is very clean as opposed to the Spring Valley Vet clinic. I will keep driving to MBPH for all my future pet needs since you guys there are FABULOUS! MBPH gets all 5 star ratings above in every row! Keep up the great job! :)

My most recent experience was so helpful during a tough time. I could leave the boys knowing they would be well cared for and looked after. It was a comfort knowing that I didn t have to worry about them. The free baths & nail trims were an added bonus. We got clean and happy puppies back. Thank you for your compassion and flexibility during a difficult situation. Thanks for being patient and giving me updates when I called in. It was hard to be away from them, but knowing you could handle anything I could focus on the family. Thank you.

I received excellent care for my dog and well-trained staff. The staff was very professional and easy to deal with along with answering any of my questions. I would love to see this office return it s grooming department .I know numerous clients that discontinued service after the grooming part department with discontinued.
