I absolutely adore the vet tech who cared for my little miniature pinscher, who has terribly anxiety. The vet tech had both me and the dog relaxed and as calm as could be. She was positive and sweet and overall, the experience on Thursday, June, 2 around 6 pm, was awesome!, *you ve probably realized I cannot remember her name. I feel terribly!

Front desk people were great!

We moved to Spring Valley a year ago and first went to the pet clinic there which was close to our new house. I didn t have an appt. and just needed them to check the cat quickly. They said they could not take me because I didn t have an appt. I called MBPH that same day & they were able to take me right away. Everybody that works there is friendly & professional. Your facility there is very clean as opposed to the Spring Valley Vet clinic. I will keep driving to MBPH for all my future pet needs since you guys there are FABULOUS! MBPH gets all 5 star ratings above in every row! Keep up the great job! :)

My most recent experience was so helpful during a tough time. I could leave the boys knowing they would be well cared for and looked after. It was a comfort knowing that I didn t have to worry about them. The free baths & nail trims were an added bonus. We got clean and happy puppies back. Thank you for your compassion and flexibility during a difficult situation. Thanks for being patient and giving me updates when I called in. It was hard to be away from them, but knowing you could handle anything I could focus on the family. Thank you.
