I was happily surprised at how accommodating the front desk staff and vet were. I m new to the area and this was our first time visiting. You were able to get my cat in and looked at on short notice, I felt comfortable with everyone at the office. I will definitely be using this office in the future with my other animals. Thank you! Everyone is terrific in the office from the office staff to the doctors. My only advice would be to have someone devoted to answering the phones. I m almost always put on hold and it s for very long periods of time. It s also difficult to get docs to call back unless it s an emergency. Other than this, the office is perfect.

Wait time was one hour for an ear cleaning. Was expecting a ten dollar visit, was 158. I got an adjustment on the price of the office visit, but yikes.

I couldn t be happier with the care and attention that Emma receives from everyone in this practice.

This was my first time at this practice (I brought a new puppy for vaccinations) and I was blown away by the professionalism and genuine kindness from all of the staff I encountered. This was the best vet experience I have had and will be bringing my other pets here.

I brought my cat in for an emergency and the care she and I received was compassionate and kind. I am so very grateful.

Dr. Morgenstern was fantastic. We love all of the doctors there and we get used to seeing our usual favorites, so sometimes we get a little nervous seeing someone new. Well, Dr. Morgenstern exceeded our expectations and not only took her time with us and our crew of animals but she was also humorous and down to earth. We love you Eastport!

As always, I am completely happy with every aspect of your facility. Since moving further east, I chose to continue driving out to you, even with my new pet, because I love Dr Duffy and all of the staff there! You guys are awesome! Thank you for all you do!

I have nothing but compliments for this office. Everyone is always so helpful. Our dog had surgery to remove a tumor (waiting results of biopsy) and they treated us and our dog like family. And for that, we are thankful!

We bought Pebbles in, in September & all we did was a repeat visit of that day plus get her rabies vaccine which could have been done in September, In September we were concerned that the cyst in her mouth had to be removed & now thats still something we re concerned with. Also after the exam was over I had to ask a follow up question regarding her & that should have been brought up to me during the exam. I felt like we were rushed a little because you were either overbooked, short staffed or both. We re still satisfied with the staff & their professionalism.

Great staff. They were so friendly. We are happy we chose this place.

Dr. Duffy & his tech made a home visit, they are the best...and also the staff at eastport animal hospital are very caring and take good care of what s needed for the appointment.
