I came in to have my 2 cats evaluated for an eye surgery. The appointment went fine however the front desk told me the office would call me and give me a detailed estimate of the surgical costs. I was led to believe they would contact me later that day with the expected costs. We called the next day and were told we would have to wait. We are still waiting. It would be better to be told a more accurate wait time for estimates than giving us false expectations. This also happened before our cats were fixed no one ever called with a cost estimate as promised. Otherwise we have been pleased with their care.

hi the vet mentioned to my husband that she knows someone who has Australian shepherds that herd with sheeps and ducks? And maybe Ranger (Australian shepherd) could visit this farm to be able to herd with them?? He needs exercise. Mrs. Morrison 516-312-7463

We loved the new vet, I believe her name was Meagan? She took time with our dog who is very nervous at the vet. She was very patient and allowed him to adjust to her.

Waiting time could be a little shorter. Hard to keep an animal entertained while waiting

I LOVE this office! Everyone is friendly, compassionate and professional. We followed Dr. Duffy and would never want to see another doctor. Couldn t figure out the stars but all answers were a #5!
