Dr Duffy was great!

I am very grateful for the care my dog received. Since her symptoms started at 3 a.m., I wanted to try to resolve her problem first with addressing immediate needs. She was dehydrated and had a fever. The vet that treated her tried with an injection to reduce the fever and provided hydration under her skin -- it worked beautifully. She is doing well and I am making sure she is drinking water in this hot weather. Thank you for giving her just what she needed. I am always happy to recommend your facility to others. P.S. I could not complete your survey...don t know why. You all get the highest grades!

The front desk always goes above and beyond to make my dogs and I feel comfortable- my dogs get very anxious about coming to the vet especially for boarding but they are always greeted by the awesome front desk staff and kennel attendants who treat them as though they are their own dogs! Thank you for that!!!

I had a grooming appointment for Sushi. She did a fantastic job with her haircut. She always takes the time to go over what I want done with Sushi s haircut and makes sure that Sushi is comfortable. She is an excellent groomer and I recommend her to anyone that compliments Sushi s haircut. THANK YOU!!

They have always been a great source of information and compassion. I recommend them to everyone.

The staff was great. I have been highly disappointed with the professionalism of the groomer. I have never in my life been talked down to by someone when they have made a mistake on more than one occasion and you are simply trying To speak to her. Continually being cut off, interruptered, spoken over, and just flat out a horrible personality for customer service. My animals are just as much my family as our children. To be undermined by this lady was completely uncalled for. Sad to say you guys are by far my favorite vet around but as far as grooming she doesn t say much for your wonderful business. All the girls in the front desk to the techs and Dr s are amazing. Couldn t have a more hospitable and respectable staff besides the groomer. Hope she doesn t treat everyone like that because she shouldn t have treated me with such disrespect!

I love the girls at the front desk! The staff is always so sweet and helpful when I am there. I also love the vet tech. we had at our appointment with Lola.
