I have just taken over the duties of bringing and taking care of everything with my dod, Jake! Whoever helped me was incredible! She explained everything and politely dumbed it down so that I could understand it all! I was never rushed,and felt like Jake and me were the only ones stopping! WOW!! I have already told numerous friends about my 1st class treatment!! I also love the bixby location!!

Button looked beautiful! She was groomed exactly as I had requested. The vets are phenomenal and the staff is very friendly. Bixby is fortunate to have such a wonderful facility.

I absolutely love Dr Heinz!!! I needed a second opinion because I felt my baby wasn t getting what she deserved. Dr. Heinz was beyond wonderful and the staff was great and I love the setup with the rooms. I felt comfortable handing Zoe over for her tests. I had no fears or reservations. I am happy to announce that I now have a new vet that I love!!!

I came to River Trail because I followed Dr. Monroe, but I would not want to go anywhere else. I appreciate the ability to be seen at the last minute when something unexpected happens to one of my pets.

We LOVE Rivertrail! The staff and veterinarians are wonderful to our pet. Our dog loves the time he spends at Rivertrail when we board him. I especially like that the second location is identical to the Riverside location and the staff rotates so the pets are familiar with the handlers. Thank you!

Your prices continue to go up. Every time I need a service it is more expensive. I would have preferred the old prices in the old building. Christine, the groomer, did an excellent job.

Dr. Roberts is truly a blessing. Not only is he an outstanding veternarian but a compassionate and caring man. We are so thankful our babies are under his care. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. We recommend you to everyone.
