I had a very pleasant experience with Animal House, but honestly I think you send out too many appointment reminders and confirmation texts and such. I work at a vet clinic too, so I understand how important it is to know which appointments are coming and which are not, but I ve gotten a total of four emails and two texts by now and I feel kind of bombarded. Perhaps you could combine the Welcome to Our Practice email with a confirmation email and that would lessen it a tad. Yes, I know - part of this is my fault for not responding to the confirmation email and you having to send a confirmation text request, but I would have liked to have another day with that email since I hadn t fully decided yet whether I wanted to have my appt that day. Overall, though, I am happy with your service and my rat seems to be recovering from his neuter surgery very well :). Thank you for the good work.
