I felt the wait for the doctor to enter the waiting room was excessive. We are otherwise happy with the care.

Service was great-much too expensive.

The stars did not seem to respond to my clicking!!! But the staf were fantastic as always and I rate everything as excellent. Please keep up the GREAT work. When a pet is sick it is so worrisome and heartbreaking at times. You help us through each and every time. Wish you were MY doctor s office!!

My mind has never felt more at ease about my dogs care. They went above and beyond for both me and my dog. You can tell the staff loves what they do and are true animal lovers. I m so glad I made the decision to make the switch. Dr sobirey is great. She listens to your concerns and addresses each of them. I couldn t ask for a better vet. Thank you for loving what you do.

My husband almost fell on his way out the door. He hurt his back but he is doing ok. We told the receptionist and all she did was put up a wet floor sign after the incident. Maybe mopping it up would have been a better choice! Excellent dr and excellent vet tech!

We were very happy with the facility tour . The staff in the office we’re very friendly and helpful. We look forward to have our pet board knowing he will be taken care of and have fun.

No negatives; although,in this day and age, costs for veterinary services tend to be on the high side, making vet care a luxury. I am sure that is why many people opt out of regular vet visits and only use the services for emergencies. It is difficult to keep a vet bill below $100.00, making a credit card the only means of payment.

Out only issue was that we asked to have a dog’s nails cut and they weren’t done. Other than that our dog was well taken care of and the staff was friendly and courteous.

My two boys LB and Sebastian love everyone there. I trust them with their care

No follow up call. I had to call three days or two business days latter to get results.

Tanner loves to come to the office for a visit or to stay at the “spa”. We love the way the staff treats him and even though we moved an hour away we would not take Tanner anywhere else.
