too much signing. Using technology to enable electronic signatures that could be used on the documents for people with computers (such as DocuSign) would be a GREAT help.

We would recommend White Haven Veterinary Hospital to all our friends. We are glad Dr Sobieray transferred there. She has been taking care of our dogs since we have them & she s the only reason we didn t transfer to White Haven sooner. Now we have the best! Dr Sharon & Dr Sobieray & a great staff! Thank you to all!

I can t say enough positive things about Dr. Lachette s practice. Libby has been a patient here for nearly 5 years and I am always pleased with the personal attention she receives from the staff when she arrives for her appointment. Staff knows Libby on a first name basis which makes it apparent to me that the technicians, doctor, and assistants care about their clients. Thank you for taking wonderful care of my little girl. I would recommend the practice to anyone.

I am beyond thrilled with the time, care, love and service thru the last 11 years with my ?Normie Pat!!! I must say that Jen and Lana are wonderful on the front lines and Normie s beloved Kara has been beyond the best tech/person ever!!!! We also love Cindy and Jane!!!! ?THANK you from the bottom of my heart and soul for being so wonderful!!!! I do wish there was a wall with pics of the FURBABIES that are seen here, I love to look at them and I think it helps to make the place feel more homey and happy :)

I used to take all my dogs and cats to Dr. Lachette when she was located in White Haven. It was only an emergency with a 2 week old lab pup, and a very uncaring, rude office representative that forced my hand to go to the Hazleton Veterinary Hospital. That is where I met Drs. Farleigh,Skelly and eventually Dr. Sobieray. She showed the same concern for my dogs and cats as Dr. Lachette. When Dr. Sobieray joined Dr. Lachette s staff I decided to return. If I have another litter of lab pups, and run into an emergency during office hours. And if I am told that there are no opened appointments for that day when appointments are for shots and check-ups. I will be very disappointed. I do not blame Dr. Lachette. She probably never even knew what had taken place. The Vet who saw the injured pup ( Dr. Farliegh) didn t know me from a load of hay and yet he saw me as soon as soon as I could get there.
